Aven Adds Practical Features in Latest Online Upgrade

    "We've smoothed navigation, enhanced visibility and made it easier for visitors to find what they want," says Michael Shahpurwala, president of Aven. "The scrolling main display also introduces high-demand items that may interest professionals in engineering, science, medicine, electronics, education or quality control."

    The site continues to serve as a full-line catalog of optical instruments in 12 categories, hand tools in 12 product segments and three types of bench accessories. Within each group in the two larger categories, visitors can click through to see up to several dozen of choices of Biological Microscopes or Hemostats and Probes, for instance.

    The latest design improvements come less than a year after oled technology on mobile phone a more extensive revamping that allows side-by-side comparisons of five items and displays a quote-request button with each product for custom applications or quantity orders. "Continuous process improvements are as important to us as they are to industrial and scientific customers," explains Shahpurwala. "That's why it took just 10 months to advance from our mid-2010 site design to this version."
