The Frontier unit is used to analyze a wide variety of materials, including plastics, elastomers, polymers, paints, coatings, oils, greases, and other organic substances. The addition of the Frontier PY-2020iD adds such inlet techniques as Thermal Desorption, Pyrolysis, and Evolved Gas Analysis to IMR's GC/MS capabilities, greatly expanding our ability to analyze for additives, hazardous substances, and contaminants in many materials.
